We provide only Grade A jade or 100% natural gemstones without any chemical treatment, completely natural. If it is found and proven that the gemstones we provide do not meet Grade A standards, we will offer a full refund.
Reliability
We take great care to ensure that the items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. They are all photographed under natural sunlight/white light without any editing. However, the clarity of colors will also depend on your personal monitor, so we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the actual items' colors. For high-value items, we strongly recommend visiting our store in person.
