For all transactions made on this website, we provide our valued local customers with a 7-day return/exchange service from the date of delivery.
1. The item must beUnusedof, the same as when you first received itsame originalCondition and packaging, comes with shopping receipt.
2. Each item is only allowed to be returned/exchanged once. If the customer chooses a higher-priced item, they will need to pay the price difference. If the customer chooses a lower-priced item for exchange, the remaining amount will be converted into store credit, which has no expiration date.
3. Discounts, specials or auction items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
4. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
5. Any items that are damaged or not in original condition will not be accepted for exchange. Our company reserves the right whether to accept an exchange.
If free shipping was previously offered, administrative and shipping charges will apply. Return shipping costs are also the buyer's responsibility.
